Terms and Conditions

Bungalow hire prices are based on the maximum number of guests the bungalow can accommodate (this information can be found in the bungalow description).

Our preferred booking method is via our website. Bookings made by telephone must be confirmed within 3 working days by payment of the 25% deposit, which is non-refundable.  

All deposits are non-refundable.

The balance of your payment is required at least 28 days before the start of your holiday, which is non-refundable.

If National Covid restrictions apply bookings will be fully refundable.

No Pets are allowed – guide or assistance dogs are permitted.

Bed linen and Towels are included. Highchairs and Cots are available for hire from Reception by booking them well in advance of your holiday.

It is strongly recommended guests take out travel insurance to cover all eventualities.

Misrepresentation. Misrepresenting the ages of children or the number of guests in the party may result in Linstone Chine Holidays cancelling your booking with no compensation or refund for the loss of your holiday. If you are unable to book for the desired number of people in your party, that is because we cannot accommodate the number of people in the bungalow you are attempting to book. In such cases you should contact the office directly in advance of making the booking to see if your booking request can be accommodated; it is insufficient to add extra guests to any online booking notes or emails. In the event it comes to light that you have misrepresented any element of your booking with us or any Booking Partner we reserve the right to cancel your booking with no compensation for loss of stay

Keys can be collected from Reception between 2pm-4pm on the day of arrival and must be returned by 10am, at the latest, on the day of departure. If you are not able to arrive at this time, please contact the office well in advance and we will endeavour to make alternative arrangements. At busy times, including high season/school holidays, earlier access to bungalows is very unlikely to be possible due to cleaning and the time needed to prepare the bungalow for you. On arrival at Linstone Chine please report to Reception, please do not go straight to your bungalow. The Reception Staff will advise when your bungalow will be ready for you.
