Join Island CraftWorks, led by Isle of Wight artist Gabby Ryde, for a cosy, hands-on Christmas workshop — the perfect way to relax, meet new people, and make something beautiful for the festive season.
Christmas Wreath Workshops
Create your own stunning wreath using seashells, pinecones, faux greenery, or fresh winter foliage — no experience needed, just enthusiasm!
Join a weekly workshop on Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays — or get in touch to arrange a time that suits you best.
Dates:
- November: Mondays 10, 17, 24 · Saturdays 15, 22, 29 · Sunday 30
- December: Saturdays 6, 13, 20

Christmas Macrame & Gonks
For something a little different, try the Festive Macrame & Gonks Workshop on Wednesday 27 November, 6:30pm at The Lifeboat, East Cowes. Make your own adorable macrame reindeer or gonk – a fun and festive evening craft session! (£25 per person.)
Private Group Workshops
Private craft sessions are available at the Island CraftWorks studio in Ryde, or Gabby can travel across the Island for groups of six or more. Workshops are available weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with prices from £18–£35 per person, suitable for all ages and abilities.
