The bungalow has carpet flooring throughout with laminated flooring in the kitchen area

Bedroom 1: Double divan with freestanding wardrobe, chest of draws with hairdryer and small first aid kit, rear door to  rotary clothes dryer.

Bedroom 2: 2 x Divan 3’6” beds with freestanding wardrobe and chest of draws.

All beds are standard length with no bottom board.

heating

Central Heating radiators in living room, portable electric heating in bedrooms, electric wall heater and central heating towel rail in bathroom.

living room

Large T.V with Freeview and DVD Player. Various DVD’s, books and board games.

1 x two seater sofa, 2 x single chairs.

2 x side tables with side lights. 4 seater dining table and chairs.

kitchen

Gas Hob, separate electric oven and grill, microwave , toaster, electric kettle, fridge with freezer box, Washing machine. Cutlery and kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc. see inventory.

bathroom

Bath with shower over, washbasin, WC and wall heater.

bedding

Duvets and pillows supplied. Linen and towels are provided and beds made prior to arrival. There are additional covers in under divan bed draws.

patio

Outdoor wooden picnic bench with distant sea view and parasol. Patio light.

• Strictly no charging of electric vehicles from any bungalow electricity supply. Chargers are available to use via an App in the main Brambles Chine site car park and at Cliff End. Please ask at reception if you need assistance.
• No smoking, e-cigarettes or vaping in the bungalow.
• Candles, matches and the burning of incense is not permitted in the bungalow for safety reasons.
