A fantastic little gem tucked away with jaw dropping views in all directions!

The on-site staff are top notch; whether making the booking process, including ferry crossings, effortless or dealing with any issues that may arise during your visit, a truly professional and courteous service.

The bungalows offer a superb base from which to explore the island; with plenty of facilities / activities on site or within walking distance.

We had a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing break staying in one of the bungalows at Cliff End, Linstone Chine. The views alone from the bungalow made the holiday special! We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beautiful sandy beach to swim in the sea and walk along the beach for ice-cream! We also really enjoyed being able to walk through beautiful woodland to Fort Victoria. The staff were really friendly and helpful if we needed anything and it was a great bonus to have plenty of space for football and specific courses for putting and crazy golf! We are huge fans of the Isle of Wight and staying at Linstone has grown this love for a slightly different area that we hadn't experienced as much! 53 Cliff End has a spectacular view along the coast to the Needles. The accommodation is great for a family of 4 with the usual cooking facilities. The local beach (part sand and part pebbles) is just a few minutes walk away. Laundry facilities are located at the main site buildings and were readily available during our stay. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Linstone Chine Holidays on the Isle of Wight. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views everywhere you look and direct access to the beach via a short, rugged path. We stayed in the Cliff End Bungalow, which was beautiful, exceptionally well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. Parking right outside was a huge bonus.

It was the perfect place to celebrate my mother’s birthday, peaceful, quiet, and truly relaxing. Colwell Bay is just a short walk away, with lovely beach shacks serving great food.

We loved our stay so much that we wanted to extend it! A huge thank you to the manager for the wonderful hospitality. We’d definitely give it a 10/10 and are already thinking of booking again in 2027. Thank you for giving our family such an unforgettable experience.

We stayed in a bungalow near to the playground. At our arrival we found the bungalow in excellent order, tidy s as nd clean. When we had problems connecting the WIFI, James from the office came over and found the password written on the back of the WIFI box. Spent a week in early (very hot) July which was a second year at the same bungalow, and have already booked for 2027. The accommodation is very good.
