Ryde Independent Pubs Beer, Cider and Craft Festival

The Ryde Independent Beer, Cider & Crafts Festival will take place from Friday, October 10th to Sunday, October 12th. Seven bars have signed up to participate, each hosting their own festival as part of this new annual event. By working together and promoting under the Campaign for Real Ale Wightwash IOW area umbrella, this event aims to showcase the efforts that independent venues in Ryde bring to customers in this gateway to the Island Town.

Many of the participating venues are currently featured or have previously been featured in the Good Beer Guide. Regular CAMRA members consistently appreciate the wide array of real ales available collectively through this event.

Some pubs will focus on Real Ale, Some on Cider and others on Craft brews, whilst some on all three. Either way , it’s a great way to walk the route , visit some bars you may sometimes miss out on and get your WightRider brochure stamped at each venue which will win you a limited edition festival badge.

In the coming weeks, news from each of the venues regarding their specific efforts within this festival will be shared, but here is a taste of what to come.
