Taught by fermentation teacher Josephine Boswell, these workshops will teach you all you need to know to confidently create a wide range of your own ferments at home as well as all the starter cultures you need to get started.
Josephine’s fermentation journey began when she took her first sip of a delicious sparkling drink, Kombucha. From there she was hooked and is always experimenting with new ferments and recipes, many of which she will share with you during this workshop.
Jo says: ‘When in doubt, ferment! Fermentation is fun, it improves the nutritional value of your food, it provides the microbiome with all the microbes it needs, it uses up those last bits of fruit and veg you haven’t got a use for, and it makes everything taste DELICIOUS!’
