Step away from the hustle and bustle and join us for a guided wellbeing walk at the stunning Newtown National Nature Reserve.

This gentle walk is designed to help you connect with nature, with opportunities for mindfulness, meditation, and sensory experiences along the way. We’ll finish with some light movement to get your heart rate up – suitable for all fitness levels.

If the weather isn’t kind, we’ll still meet indoors for nature-themed arts and crafts, incorporating the same relaxation and wellbeing techniques.

Take some time to recharge in nature and feel the benefits throughout your month.

  • Date & Time: 7th February and 7th March – 10:00 to 11:30
  • Age: 16+ (adults only)
  • Dogs: Not permitted
  • Meeting point: Meet at the Visitor Point car park, PO30 4PA.
