A powerful new wellness experience is coming to the Isle of Wight in 2026, offering mainland visitors the perfect excuse for a rejuvenating Island escape. MIND. BODY. SOUL – The Island’s Largest Wellness Day in 2026 will take place on 21st February 2026, from 10am to 5pm (doors open 9:45am), at the historic Northwood House in Cowes.

Designed as a full day of discovery, healing and intentional living, the one-day event will bring together a vibrant community of holistic practitioners, speakers and independent wellness brands under one roof. Attendees can expect free expert-led talks, immersive taster workshops, hands-on holistic experiences and a blissful boutique market, offering a wide range of alternative approaches to modern wellbeing and treats that are good for the soul.

Adding deeper meaning to the occasion, 2026 is recognised in numerology as a “Year 1”, the year of new beginnings. MIND. BODY. SOUL encourages attendees to embrace this energy by exploring new ways to support their health, wellbeing and inner alignment.

The event is organised by Spirivo Ltd, a website and design business founded on the Isle of Wight that is committed to helping small businesses, particularly within the holistic sector, to thrive.
