Screening of ‘Ocean’ with David Attenborough at The Garlic Farm



Join us at The Garlic Farm Restaurant on Thursday 29th January 2026 for a special screening of the documentary ‘Ocean with David Attenborough’ in collaboration with The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust and the Solent Seascape Project (see below).

There is no better time to learn about how we can save our oceans and to understand their importance in the earth’s changing climate and atmosphere.

The timings of the evening will be as follows:

Doors open 5.30pm 

Tapas menu served from 6pm

Screening at 7pm (94 minutes)

Possible panel discussion following film screening. TBC.

There is no entry fee for attendance, booking is however, essential via our restaurant booking system even if you are choosing not to dine beforehand.

The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust is a partner in the Solent Seascape Project. This project is focussed on restoring and protecting four of the Solent’s most precious habitats. Across multiple partners they work to actively restore seagrass meadows, saltmarsh, native oyster reefs and coastal bird habitats. Find out more here.
